A low 4.8% ABV beer traditionally only consumed by the Trappist monks, Doree pours hazy light amber with aromas of spicy pepper, coriander, clove and bready malts. Spicy yeast esters predominate the flavors without overpering the senses. Nice! (Balanced, Estery, Spicy, Earthy, Medium-bodied)
