Pale yellow bright, dense foam, fine bubbles. Brioche and fresh bouquet with notes of hazelnuts and stewed fruits (apricot and peach). Very harmonious with a good blend between acidity and sugar, and this very fresh. Great length on the palate with fruity and nutty notes that stand out.
